Project Methods
We use a broad range of activities, events and programs to work with CALS faculty, staff, students and stakeholders. To remaineffective, we must constantly update our diversity and inclusion strategies. The best way to ensure that progress is to use adata-driven approach to make decisions. We will partner with University Offices and report data where applicable and not inviolation of confidentiality. We will perform needs assessments to determine programmatic needs for the CALS community.Program design and development will involve extensive literature reviews to design theoretical frameworks and determine bestpractices. Conceptual frameworks and logic models will drive program implementation. All major programs will have formativeand/or summative evaluations.
