Outputs
Target Audience:Texas Agriforestry Small Farmers and Ranchers supported for socially disadvantaged and veteran farmers and ranchers in 5 East Texas Counties. Changes/Problems:As part of the process to improve our administrative and office support team, the Board conducted an assessment to review the overall performance and adminstrative leadership of TASFR. It was determined that the day-to-day leadership of the organization needed to be reassessed/realigned, resulting in the Board mandating changes in the staff. Sadly, one of the results of the personnel changes was a loss of data and documentation specific to this program. After several attempts to obtain the information, it became clear the previous leadership team would not make the collected data available. What opportunities for training and professional development has the project provided?Adminstrative and staff training was provided however after the assessment, it was determined that said traininng did not yield the desired results as the leadership team elected to not implement the identified changes. How have the results been disseminated to communities of interest?via electronic communications and via community meetings. What do you plan to do during the next reporting period to accomplish the goals? Nothing Reported
