What opportunities for training and professional development has the project provided? For the FAP PSB-CY project, the Clearinghouse conducted face-to-face trainings (total participants: 977), implementation support activities (126 implementation support calls), and master reviews of all completed referral tools from pilot sites (total submitted referral tools: 107), and the Clearinghouse is currently refining an online training related to the referral tool. For the Army NPSP evaluation, the Clearinghouse has provided 320 instances of implementation support andfacilitated66implementation support calls andtwo transition preparation callsto directly support Army NPSP home visitorsand Army FAP leadership. The Clearinghouse presented the Digital Empowerment Resource On a MFLN webinar and has recorded one podcast to communicate the availability of the resource. Moreover, the Thrive team has held four presentations to communicate the availability of the online Thrive programming and resources. Relative to Thrive secondary prevention programming, the Clearinghouse adapted the 2-day (14-hour) face-to-face training into a 7-day (17-hour) virtual training to train Army home visitors (due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Since October 2020, the Clearinghouse has trained an additional 35 Army home visitors virtually (71 total Army home visitors have been trained). In addition, to assist home visitors who were absent from the field due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Clearinghouse developed and held a 3-hour virtual refresher training for 15 home visitors who were previously trained in Take Root Home Visitation. Grow Safe and Secure is currently in the content-writing phase and will serve high-needs families with children ages 5 to 10 years of age. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1073743103 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1073743103 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraph, li.MsoListParagraph, div.MsoListParagraph {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst, li.MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst, div.MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-type:export-only; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle, li.MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle, div.MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-type:export-only; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraphCxSpLast, li.MsoListParagraphCxSpLast, div.MsoListParagraphCxSpLast {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-type:export-only; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}ol {margin-bottom:0in;}ul {margin-bottom:0in;} How have the results been disseminated to communities of interest?We have had 1,867,000 unique viistors to our website in since October 2020. This continuation funding represents the next phase of work for the Clearinghouse Operations, the THRIVE Parenting Initiative, Department of Defense (DoD) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Support, finalization of a vetting system for online resources, Navy and Marine Take Root Home Visitation Pilot, as well as several Family Advocacy Program projects (Quality Assurance of Incident Determination Committee Process, Problem Sexual Behavior in Children and Youth, Staffing Tool Development). For instance, for it standard operations, the Clearinghouse will vet 75 new programs and re-vet 275 existing programs. For this current proposal, the Clearinghouse will continue to provide real-time and significant implementation support to professionals who serve military-connected families through its TA efforts. The Clearinghouse is an applied research center committed to advancing the health and well-being of service members, veterans, and their families. This focus is essential and promotes family resilience, which is a significant predictor of military readiness, that is, the ability of service members to effectively execute their missions. Family satisfaction with the military is the strongest predictor of Service member retention. Thus, resilient military families are essential to national security, the stability of the armed forces, and the health and well-being of millions of military children. the health and well-being of service members and their families. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}
Impacts What was accomplished under these goals?
The Clearinghouse actively facilitates and collaborates to foster the use of evidence-based programs and practices, improve awareness of and access to these approaches, decrease real and perceived barriers to their use, increase the use of evaluation as part of program implementation, and reduce the lag time between the creation of scientific knowledge in prevention/intervention and evaluation sciences and their translation to the field. Thus, the Clearinghouse promotes the ability of military families to adapt effectively to the unique challenges that military life can present. The Clearinghouse has continued to expand the objective repository of information on the evidence base of prevention and treatment programs (Perkins et al., 2015; Kare et al., 2017). Over the last 10 years, since 2011, more than 1,500 programs have been reviewed and placed on the Continuum by masters- and doctorate-level researchers. From October 2020 through September 2021, 27 new obesity programs and 52 other programs were vetted, corresponding fact sheets were completed, and 192 previously placed programs were re-evaluated. Programs are placed on the Continuum of Evidence (Continuum), which was developed by scientists at the Clearinghouse. Programs in the repository cover a wide range of topics, some are specific to military life; others are common to military families and civilians as military families face both types of challenges. The vetting process includes the development of a detailed fact sheet that outlines program specifics. These fact sheets are available for use by practitioners to assist them in making informed decisions for their target audience and their audiences' needs. Finally, the Clearinghouse completed the Military Spouse Licensure Transportability at the request of the Office of Military Community and Family Policy. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1073743103 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;. In 2014, the Clearinghouse partnered with the USDA and the office of Military Community and Family Policy to initiate the development of the Thrive Initiative which is a continuum of evidence-informed parenting programs. Relative to Thrive universal programming, content has been developed for the Branch Out online program and manuals are currently being developed for the hybrid implementation of Take Root online, Sprout online, and Grow online. Content has been written for two supplemental modules that will accompany the universal Thrive programming - Exceptional Families: Blossoming with Developmental Differences (for parents of children with special needs) and PROSPERing Grandfamilies with 10 to- 14-year-olds. Research efforts are underway for the Sprout online parenting program with the Armed Services YMCA. Moreover, as part of Thrive, a Digital Empowerment Resource was completed in January 2021, and a webinar presentation was completed on MFLN and has recorded one podcast to communicate the availability of the resource. For our work with Family Advocacy Program (FAP) the follow efforts were completed. First, The Clearinghouse pilot tested a referral tool for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) and Child and Youth personnel to apply in determining whether an incident of PSB had occurred. Second, the Clearinghouse is currently in the assessment phase Quality Assurance IDC project. Thus far, the Clearinghouse Team had listened to 93 IDC meetings across participating Army, Navy, and Air Force installations. Third, for phase II of the FAP staffing tool development, the Clearinghouse Team developed process maps for each position within each Service then iteratively refined them with feedback from installation staff in those positions. The Clearinghouse also collected data related to staffing and time allocation from 16 installations (four per Service). Finally, for Incident Severity Scales work within FAP, The Clearinghouse conducted a quality-assurance check-in with HQ-level managers on ISS training, usage, monitoring, and fidelity to assist with discovering emergent needs or areas of implementation assistance needed for the ISS tool; and updating ISS Learning Module in Articulate Storyline in the Clearinghouse ISS Support Website; offering support to clinicians as they use the FAPISS; and monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting issues to DoD FAP and DMDC as they arise in the field. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} @font-face { panose-1:2 2 6 9 4 2 5 8 3 4; mso-font-alt:"?? ??"; mso-font-charset:128; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:fixed; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1791491579 134217746 0 131231 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 2 6 9 4 2 5 8 3 4; mso-font-charset:128; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:fixed; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1791491579 134217746 0 131231 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}

What opportunities for training and professional development has the project provided? For the FAP PSB-CY project, the Clearinghouse conducted face-to-face trainings (total participants: 977), implementation support activities (126 implementation support calls), and master reviews of all completed referral tools from pilot sites (total submitted referral tools: 107), and the Clearinghouse is currently refining an online training related to the referral tool. For the Army NPSP evaluation, the Clearinghouse has provided 320 instances of implementation support andfacilitated66implementation support calls andtwo transition preparation callsto directly support Army NPSP home visitorsand Army FAP leadership. The Clearinghouse presented the Digital Empowerment Resource On a MFLN webinar and has recorded one podcast to communicate the availability of the resource. Moreover, the Thrive team has held four presentations to communicate the availability of the online Thrive programming and resources. Relative to Thrive secondary prevention programming, the Clearinghouse adapted the 2-day (14-hour) face-to-face training into a 7-day (17-hour) virtual training to train Army home visitors (due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Since October 2020, the Clearinghouse has trained an additional 35 Army home visitors virtually (71 total Army home visitors have been trained). In addition, to assist home visitors who were absent from the field due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Clearinghouse developed and held a 3-hour virtual refresher training for 15 home visitors who were previously trained in Take Root Home Visitation. Grow Safe and Secure is currently in the content-writing phase and will serve high-needs families with children ages 5 to 10 years of age. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1073743103 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1073743103 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraph, li.MsoListParagraph, div.MsoListParagraph {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst, li.MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst, div.MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-type:export-only; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle, li.MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle, div.MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-type:export-only; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraphCxSpLast, li.MsoListParagraphCxSpLast, div.MsoListParagraphCxSpLast {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-type:export-only; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}ol {margin-bottom:0in;}ul {margin-bottom:0in;} How have the results been disseminated to communities of interest?We have had 1,867,000 unique viistors to our website in since October 2020. Thus, resilient military families are essential to national security, the stability of the armed forces, and the health and well-being of millions of military children. the health and well-being of service members and their families. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}
Impacts What was accomplished under these goals?
The Clearinghouse actively facilitates and collaborates to foster the use of evidence-based programs and practices, improve awareness of and access to these approaches, decrease real and perceived barriers to their use, increase the use of evaluation as part of program implementation, and reduce the lag time between the creation of scientific knowledge in prevention/intervention and evaluation sciences and their translation to the field. Thus, the Clearinghouse promotes the ability of military families to adapt effectively to the unique challenges that military life can present. The Clearinghouse has continued to expand the objective repository of information on the evidence base of prevention and treatment programs (Perkins et al., 2015; Kare et al., 2017). Over the last 10 years, since 2011, more than 1,500 programs have been reviewed and placed on the Continuum by masters- and doctorate-level researchers. From October 2020 through September 2021, 27 new obesity programs and 52 other programs were vetted, corresponding fact sheets were completed, and 192 previously placed programs were re-evaluated. Programs are placed on the Continuum of Evidence (Continuum), which was developed by scientists at the Clearinghouse. Programs in the repository cover a wide range of topics, some are specific to military life; others are common to military families and civilians as military families face both types of challenges. The vetting process includes the development of a detailed fact sheet that outlines program specifics. These fact sheets are available for use by practitioners to assist them in making informed decisions for their target audience and their audiences' needs. Finally, the Clearinghouse completed the Military Spouse Licensure Transportability at the request of the Office of Military Community and Family Policy. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1073743103 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;. In 2014, the Clearinghouse partnered with the USDA and the office of Military Community and Family Policy to initiate the development of the Thrive Initiative which is a continuum of evidence-informed parenting programs. Relative to Thrive universal programming, content has been developed for the Branch Out online program and manuals are currently being developed for the hybrid implementation of Take Root online, Sprout online, and Grow online. Content has been written for two supplemental modules that will accompany the universal Thrive programming - Exceptional Families: Blossoming with Developmental Differences (for parents of children with special needs) and PROSPERing Grandfamilies with 10 to- 14-year-olds. Research efforts are underway for the Sprout online parenting program with the Armed Services YMCA. Moreover, as part of Thrive, a Digital Empowerment Resource was completed in January 2021, and a webinar presentation was completed on MFLN and has recorded one podcast to communicate the availability of the resource. For our work with Family Advocacy Program (FAP) the follow efforts were completed. First, The Clearinghouse pilot tested a referral tool for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) and Child and Youth personnel to apply in determining whether an incident of PSB had occurred. Second, the Clearinghouse is currently in the assessment phase Quality Assurance IDC project. Thus far, the Clearinghouse Team had listened to 93 IDC meetings across participating Army, Navy, and Air Force installations. Third, for phase II of the FAP staffing tool development, the Clearinghouse Team developed process maps for each position within each Service then iteratively refined them with feedback from installation staff in those positions. The Clearinghouse also collected data related to staffing and time allocation from 16 installations (four per Service). Finally, for Incident Severity Scales work within FAP, The Clearinghouse conducted a quality-assurance check-in with HQ-level managers on ISS training, usage, monitoring, and fidelity to assist with discovering emergent needs or areas of implementation assistance needed for the ISS tool; and updating ISS Learning Module in Articulate Storyline in the Clearinghouse ISS Support Website; offering support to clinicians as they use the FAPISS; and monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting issues to DoD FAP and DMDC as they arise in the field. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} @font-face { panose-1:2 2 6 9 4 2 5 8 3 4; mso-font-alt:"?? ??"; mso-font-charset:128; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:fixed; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1791491579 134217746 0 131231 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 2 6 9 4 2 5 8 3 4; mso-font-charset:128; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:fixed; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1791491579 134217746 0 131231 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}

What opportunities for training and professional development has the project provided? For the FAP PSB-CY project, the Clearinghouse conducted face-to-face trainings (total participants: 977), implementation support activities (126 implementation support calls), and master reviews of all completed referral tools from pilot sites (total submitted referral tools: 107), and the Clearinghouse is currently refining an online training related to the referral tool. For the Army NPSP evaluation, the Clearinghouse has provided 320 instances of implementation support andfacilitated66implementation support calls andtwo transition preparation callsto directly support Army NPSP home visitorsand Army FAP leadership. The Clearinghouse presented the Digital Empowerment Resource On a MFLN webinar and has recorded one podcast to communicate the availability of the resource. Moreover, the Thrive team has held four presentations to communicate the availability of the online Thrive programming and resources. Relative to Thrive secondary prevention programming, the Clearinghouse adapted the 2-day (14-hour) face-to-face training into a 7-day (17-hour) virtual training to train Army home visitors (due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Since October 2020, the Clearinghouse has trained an additional 35 Army home visitors virtually (71 total Army home visitors have been trained). In addition, to assist home visitors who were absent from the field due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Clearinghouse developed and held a 3-hour virtual refresher training for 15 home visitors who were previously trained in Take Root Home Visitation. Grow Safe and Secure is currently in the content-writing phase and will serve high-needs families with children ages 5 to 10 years of age. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1073743103 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1073743103 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraph, li.MsoListParagraph, div.MsoListParagraph {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst, li.MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst, div.MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-type:export-only; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle, li.MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle, div.MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-type:export-only; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}p.MsoListParagraphCxSpLast, li.MsoListParagraphCxSpLast, div.MsoListParagraphCxSpLast {mso-style-priority:34; mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-type:export-only; margin-top:0in; margin-right:0in; margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in; mso-add-space:auto; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}ol {margin-bottom:0in;}ul {margin-bottom:0in;} How have the results been disseminated to communities of interest?We have had 1,867,000 unique viistors to our website in since October 2020. This continuation funding represents the next phase of work for the Clearinghouse Operations, the THRIVE Parenting Initiative, Department of Defense (DoD) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Support, finalization of a vetting system for online resources, Navy and Marine Take Root Home Visitation Pilot, as well as several Family Advocacy Program projects (Quality Assurance of Incident Determination Committee Process, Problem Sexual Behavior in Children and Youth, Staffing Tool Development). For instance, for it standard operations, the Clearinghouse will vet 75 new programs and re-vet 275 existing programs. For this current proposal, the Clearinghouse will continue to provide real-time and significant implementation support to professionals who serve military-connected families through its TA efforts. The Clearinghouse is an applied research center committed to advancing the health and well-being of service members, veterans, and their families. This focus is essential and promotes family resilience, which is a significant predictor of military readiness, that is, the ability of service members to effectively execute their missions. Family satisfaction with the military is the strongest predictor of Service member retention. Thus, resilient military families are essential to national security, the stability of the armed forces, and the health and well-being of millions of military children. the health and well-being of service members and their families. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}
Impacts What was accomplished under these goals?
The Clearinghouse actively facilitates and collaborates to foster the use of evidence-based programs and practices, improve awareness of and access to these approaches, decrease real and perceived barriers to their use, increase the use of evaluation as part of program implementation, and reduce the lag time between the creation of scientific knowledge in prevention/intervention and evaluation sciences and their translation to the field. Thus, the Clearinghouse promotes the ability of military families to adapt effectively to the unique challenges that military life can present. The Clearinghouse has continued to expand the objective repository of information on the evidence base of prevention and treatment programs (Perkins et al., 2015; Kare et al., 2017). Over the last 10 years, since 2011, more than 1,500 programs have been reviewed and placed on the Continuum by masters- and doctorate-level researchers. From October 2020 through September 2021, 27 new obesity programs and 52 other programs were vetted, corresponding fact sheets were completed, and 192 previously placed programs were re-evaluated. Programs are placed on the Continuum of Evidence (Continuum), which was developed by scientists at the Clearinghouse. Programs in the repository cover a wide range of topics, some are specific to military life; others are common to military families and civilians as military families face both types of challenges. The vetting process includes the development of a detailed fact sheet that outlines program specifics. These fact sheets are available for use by practitioners to assist them in making informed decisions for their target audience and their audiences' needs. Finally, the Clearinghouse completed the Military Spouse Licensure Transportability at the request of the Office of Military Community and Family Policy. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1073743103 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 11 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-alt:"????????t MS"; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:647 0 0 0 159 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;. In 2014, the Clearinghouse partnered with the USDA and the office of Military Community and Family Policy to initiate the development of the Thrive Initiative which is a continuum of evidence-informed parenting programs. Relative to Thrive universal programming, content has been developed for the Branch Out online program and manuals are currently being developed for the hybrid implementation of Take Root online, Sprout online, and Grow online. Content has been written for two supplemental modules that will accompany the universal Thrive programming - Exceptional Families: Blossoming with Developmental Differences (for parents of children with special needs) and PROSPERing Grandfamilies with 10 to- 14-year-olds. Research efforts are underway for the Sprout online parenting program with the Armed Services YMCA. Moreover, as part of Thrive, a Digital Empowerment Resource was completed in January 2021, and a webinar presentation was completed on MFLN and has recorded one podcast to communicate the availability of the resource. For our work with Family Advocacy Program (FAP) the follow efforts were completed. First, The Clearinghouse pilot tested a referral tool for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) and Child and Youth personnel to apply in determining whether an incident of PSB had occurred. Second, the Clearinghouse is currently in the assessment phase Quality Assurance IDC project. Thus far, the Clearinghouse Team had listened to 93 IDC meetings across participating Army, Navy, and Air Force installations. Third, for phase II of the FAP staffing tool development, the Clearinghouse Team developed process maps for each position within each Service then iteratively refined them with feedback from installation staff in those positions. The Clearinghouse also collected data related to staffing and time allocation from 16 installations (four per Service). Finally, for Incident Severity Scales work within FAP, The Clearinghouse conducted a quality-assurance check-in with HQ-level managers on ISS training, usage, monitoring, and fidelity to assist with discovering emergent needs or areas of implementation assistance needed for the ISS tool; and updating ISS Learning Module in Articulate Storyline in the Clearinghouse ISS Support Website; offering support to clinicians as they use the FAPISS; and monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting issues to DoD FAP and DMDC as they arise in the field. @font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} @font-face { panose-1:2 2 6 9 4 2 5 8 3 4; mso-font-alt:"?? ??"; mso-font-charset:128; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:fixed; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1791491579 134217746 0 131231 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1107305727 0 0 415 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-536859905 -1073732485 9 0 511 0;}@font-face { panose-1:2 2 6 9 4 2 5 8 3 4; mso-font-charset:128; mso-generic- mso-font-pitch:fixed; mso-font-signature:-536870145 1791491579 134217746 0 131231 0;}p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; ; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}.MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; mso-default-props:yes; mso-ascii- mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast- mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi- mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi- mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}
