Non Technical Summary
The 2020 Gordon Research Conference on Mammalian Reproduction will be held at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, from August 9-14, 2020. This conference will feature the most recent scientific advances from across the spectrum of reproductive biology, to include gametogenesis, endocrine function, ovarian and testis biology, uterine function, placentation, developmental biology of the male and female reproductive tracts, and parturition. The science will highlight basic, translational, and clinical research that brings attention to the reproductive, life-long, and transgenerational health of humans and animals, including agriculturally important species. Work will feature use of in vitro, in vivo, and in silico research models. Scientific sessions will include multidisciplinary talks that center around a common theme, and whose chair will serve as a discussion leader that will promote interactive dialogue from the audience, with special consideration for supporting and encouraging trainee participation. Short talks selected from submitted abstracts will be presented, with an emphasis on junior investigators and trainees. All attendees are encouraged to participate in the "Power Hour", an informal, discussion-based gathering that addresses the challenges faced by women and all scientists at various stages of their careers. By incorporating group meals, unscheduled afternoons, and a fun social program, the GRC on Mammalian Reproduction offers unique opportunities for networking and scientific interactions among researchers of diverse and multi-disciplinary backgrounds who are at all stages of their careers.

Outputs
Target Audience:The target audience included post docs, graduate students, professors, associate professors andassistant professors. Changes/Problems: Nothing Reported What opportunities for training and professional development has the project provided? In additon to the science program there was time during the poster sessions, meals and free afternoons for informal discussions. How have the results been disseminated to communities of interest? The final program has been posted on the GRC website. Impacts
What was accomplished under these goals? This conference highlighted cutting edge advances in reproductive biology, including gametogenesis, endocrine function, ovarian and testis biology, uterine function, placentation, reproductive tract development, and parturition. Basic, translational, and clinical research on human and animal health will be featured in the form of plenary seminars, short talks selected from submitted abstracts, and poster sessions. The GRC offered a unique program that wasdesigned specifically to bring together researchers of diverse and multi-disciplinary backgrounds who are at all stages of their careers.
