The Research Foundation for the State University of New York on behalf of the College of Environmental Science and Forestry (hereafter, the "Contractor") shall create video content to educate internal and external stakeholders about the energy master planning process, using its NYSERDA Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) Campus Challenge Technical Assistance for Roadmaps (Roadmaps) project as a case study.Create a series of four (4) to five (5) short videos (3-4 minutes each) that can be viewed individually to learn about specific aspects of the energy master planning process or consecutively as a cohesive playlist on YouTube or other platform(s).
