Goals / Objectives
To collect and process water samples for urea analysis at approximately 30 sites throughout the Manokin River Watershed before and after storm events.
Project Methods
Designated sites pre-identified by coordinates will be sampled before and after storm events. Samples will be processed at UMES and shipped to the ARS water quality lab at University Park, PA for analysis. Data will provide a series of snapshots of urea concentrations throughout the Manokin River Watershed that characterize urea movement in the watershed during storm events at different seasons of the year.
