Goals / Objectives
Develop SARE Agricultural Innovations - "How-to" extension publications written for the farm audience based on, but not limited to, knowledge gained from successful SARE projects.
Project Methods
SARE Agricultural Innovations will be peer-reviewed and subject to the SARE criteria of improving profitability, enhancing the environment, and strengthening local communities. Publications will be located on the SARE web site and available in numerous formats to fit the needs of users. Expected that 40 to 50 could be developed per year.

Outputs
OUTPUTS: SARE Agricultural Innovations are "how-to" extension publications written for the farm audience. Four to eight pages long, these publications are based on, but not limited to, knowledge gained from successful SARE-funded projects. SARE Agricultural Innovations will be peer-reviewed and subject to the SARE criteria of improving profitability, enhancing the environment, and strengthening local communities. Publications will be located on the SARE web site and available in HTML or PDF formats to fit the needs of the user. Impacts
The outcome from this project is that farmers and extension have an additional sustainable agriculture resource that can provide timely information on production and marketing issues. In addition, a process is now in place to shorten the time frame for the development of additional ag innovations.

Impacts
The project generated a template for future ag innovations (fact sheets) that will be utilized by writers. This should shorten the time frame for the development of additional ag innovations.
