Non Technical Summary
Plastic composites with fiber loadings up to 90% have been achieved. The mechanical properties of such composites make them suitable for many value-added applications. However, before they can be utilized in such applications, exploratory research is needed to evaluate the feasibility for manufacturing. The purpose of this study is to evaluate these materials to optimize composite properties for specific applications through processing techniques and molecular manipulations.
