Outputs Target Audience:Extension and research professionals in Land Grand Universities throughout the West, as well as the residents and decision-makers in rural communities. Changes/Problems:We plan to continue the above described programs. We also intend to make some brochures and video clips this coming year. What opportunities for training and professional development has the project provided?We have organized groups of professionals to share information and learn from one another.Our publication "Rural Connections" is published twice annually. Our strategic planning program ASAP (Area Sector Analysis Process) has been or is being implemented in 40 communities. I have made presentation on Community Development in numerous communities How have the results been disseminated to communities of interest?Rural Connections is distributed widely. We publish a Rural Connections Briefs on a monthly basis. A final report is provided to each community where ASAP is implemented. What do you plan to do during the next reporting period to accomplish the goals?We plan to continue the above described programs. Through our publications, extensive numbers of presentations thoughout the region,workshops and trainings, we have shared extensive amounts of information with our stakeholders. Evidence indicates that the results are positive.
